If you are concerned about the above, please check the configuration of your browser or the configuration of your computer's DNS. Check the status indicators on the equipment that connects you to the Internet. Of course, any PC connected to the Internet should have up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software installed BEFORE connecting a computer to the Internet. If you are "stuck" on our site, the cause is probably an upstream network failure that has resulted in partial connectivity. In that case, the failure may or may not be caused by your ISP. Such failures are usually brief. Cable cuts (caused by construction, maintainence, etc.) can take longer to repair. Service interruptions can destabilize PC's running Windows, particularly if there is a marginal configuration. Rebooting your computer will usually help stabilize Windows, presuming it is not already infected.
